In the finished space
Rebuilt after a fire, the container now holds a compact kitchen and loft, with large windows opening the living space to the garden.
03
The Domain approach
Project management by Terri Lasater. A metal staircase connects the loft with the living space below, making use of the container’s height.
COMPLETED SPACES
A closer look.
A compact retreat, open to the garden.
Full-height glazing brings the garden into view beside the kitchen and seating area.
A place to pause.
Seating faces the garden through a wall of glass.
A precise line through the space.
The metal stair and railing connect the living area to the loft above.
A considered contrast.
A white basin stands against the bathroom’s dark finishes.
An unmistakable silhouette.
Dark corrugated walls, a glazed entry, and the elevated terrace express the container structure.
