AN INTEGRATED APPROACH

Start with the possibilities.
Plan for the details.

Start with the property, the rooms you need, and the way you want them to connect. Domain works with its design team or your architect to coordinate planning and construction. Bring any survey, drawings, reference images and budget priorities you already have; an early conversation can also begin before those pieces are in place.

EXPLORE YOUR SCOPE

  • Custom home construction
  • Architectural and structural coordination
  • Site planning and permitting coordination
  • Materials and finish selections

Every property and project is different. Scope, budget, timing, and feasibility are discussed individually.

GOOD QUESTIONS, EARLY

Before we begin.

Can I bring my own architect?

Yes. Domain works with its design team or collaborates with your architect. Discuss who will lead design, engineering, selections and construction coordination before agreeing the project scope.

What should we discuss before design begins?

The property, how you want to use the home, the rooms that matter most, and your investment priorities. Site planning, structural coordination and finish selections are part of the scope to discuss with Domain.

Can you give a build cost or completion date from an initial inquiry?

An inquiry starts the conversation; it is not an estimate or a schedule. A meaningful proposal depends on the property, design, scope and selections. Share any timing constraints so they can be discussed early.
